• Appointment #2: $450 (1-hour virtual session with your clinician for lab review and treatment planning)
Our New Patient Package includes two appointments to streamline your care. In your first 30-minute phone intake call with our Health Coach, we’ll review your health history and order any necessary labs. In your second 60-minute virtual appointment with your clinician, you’ll review your lab results in real time and work together to develop a personalized treatment plan together.
