At Modern Thyroid Clinic, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality thyroid care, regardless of their financial situation. That's why we're proud to introduce our Kindness Cases Program, a monthly initiative designed to provide free thyroid care to those in need.

What is the Compassion Cases Program?

The Kindness Cases Program is a monthly contest where we select one deserving individual to receive comprehensive thyroid care at no cost. Winners will have access to:
  • Initial consultation with one of our expert clinicians
  • Personalized treatment plan
  • 4 Follow-up appointments as needed for the duration of one year

Who is eligible?

We welcome applications from individuals who:

  • Have a diagnosed or suspected thyroid condition.
    Are experiencing financial hardship that prevents them from accessing necessary thyroid care.
  • Is willing and able to pay for their own labs, either by way of insurance or we can connect you to a discounted lab service.
  • Are willing to share their story in the form of written and video testimonials to inspire others.

Application Process

To apply for the Modern Thyroid Clinic Kindness Cases Program,
please follow these steps:

1.  Fill out the online application form.

2.  Provide the following information:

  • Full name
  • Contact information (phone and email)
  • Brief medical history related to thyroid issues
  • Current symptoms or concerns
  • Financial situation (briefly explain why you need financial assistance)
  • How winning this contest would impact your life
3.  Write a short personal statement (500 words max) explaining why you should be selected for the Kindness Cases Program.
4.  Agree to the terms and conditions, including:
  • Consent to share your story as a testimonial if selected
  • Commitment to attend all scheduled appointments
  • Commitment to be able to cover all necessary lab expenses (either through insurance or via discounted cash pay lab).
  • Agreement to follow the prescribed treatment plan
Submit your application before the deadline (last day of each month)
All applications will be reviewed by our team, and the winner will be notified within two weeks of the submission deadline.
